LAND AEROBICS
CSI (1) CSI: Cycling -Strength- Intervals - Tracy has added a new format to this popular interval workout class - combining both strength training and cardio, working both the muscular and cardiovascular systems. Part of each class will be interval strength training and the other part will be group cycling for increasing your aerobic conditioning.  
CSI (2)  CSI: Cardio -Strength- Intervals - This Friday am class will feature an interval workout -combining both strength training and cardio - working both the muscular and cardiovascular systems. The class will utilize the gym, Cardio equipment, and various strength training methods. FRIDAYS ONLY
TONE ZONE/STEP           This resistance training class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. A variety of exercises will be presented both in the gym and aerobics room. Jo will alternate weeks with toning and step beginning with the March 19th class
FIT MIX AM/PM Combinations of step patterns on various size platforms will keep the body and mind challenged. Class formats will include Step and Tone, Interval Step, and Step Circuit. In addition, floor exercises, strength moves, and cardio exercises will be taught using a variety of equipment, techniques, and areas of the RWC including the aerobics room, track, and gym.
SENIOR FITNESS Senior Fitness is a FREE program sponsored by the Emmet County Community Foundation and the RWC. It is a chair based exercise program which incorporates stretching, strength work, and cardiovascular exercises. No matter what your fitness level is, you can join this class at any time. The class will meet every Friday except for Nov.28, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. 
WEIGHTS  Whether you are just beginning to add weight training to your overall fitness program, want a consistent weight workout, or want to expand your routine, this is the class for you. Weight training helps you tone various muscle groups, increase flexibility, and of course add to your overall muscle strength. A variety of fitness equipment will be used to add a great variety to your workout.  
ZUMBA                  Zumba is a Latin inspired group fitness class that combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. The routines feature aerobic interval training by combining fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is easy to follow and you get a great workout in a fun environment. Note: One hour class in PM & 45 minute class in AM

WATER AEROBICS
H2O Fitness This is the perfect water aerobics workout for beginner to intermediate levels. Even if you have never worked out in the water, this "user friendly" aqua class will make your body stronger, leaner, and toned.  
AQUA FIT - NEW Similar to the H2O Fitness Class with more time spent in the deep portion of the pool using the aqua belts.  
RUSTY HINGES This shallow water workout enables participants to ease muscle and joint stiffness as well as attain a light cardiovascular workout - working at your own pace and level. This is a drop-in class open to members and the public. 
AQUATICIZE Incorporated into this class are aerobics, toning, and strengthening exercises, step and deep water work. This is a great workout in the water with a variety to hit all fitness areas. 
GROUP CYCLING
GROUP CYCLING A great cardio workout. This high energy, aerobic class on the Lemonds indoor bikes is sure to increase your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Because you set the resistance and the pace, this class is for beginners through advanced participants. You will run, race, accelerate, and climb your way to a higher level of fitness while burning those extra calories. While techniques are consistent among our instructors, each one choreographs their own routines to their own music.

  RWC Member Rates: 1 Time per Week: $19.25; 2 Times per Week: $38.50;  Group Cycling: $45.00  Zumba - $42.00 (one hour class)                            
Public Rates: 1 Time per Week: $29.25; 2 Times per Week: $58.50; Group Cycling: $62.50;
                                        Drop-in Rates: $3.50 member; $7.00 public or Punch Pass for Members = $30 for 10 classes
